Create a Commissions module so QuotingBill can calculate and report commissions to be paid. The following would be the initial features for phase 1.
1) Calculate commissions based on MRC and OTC with both fixed amounts and percentages.
2) Have the popular residual option where a commission gets calculated and reported every month based on configured residuals.
3) Have the house accounts definition, where a Costumer can be assigned as a House Account meaning that it does not belong to a sales agent for commission purposes.
4) Commission report statuses. Have the possibility to change the commission report statuses. Created, Reviewed, closed.
5) Establish a Commission groups definition where then system users (agents) could be associated with. Including the possibility to have a system user in more than one goup.
