With this feature, the quotingBill client will have the option to set a Client to be the parent of a second Client. For example Client ABC Services and Client ACME Products.
Once this functionality is done, a quotingBill system user will be able to Set ABC Services as the parent of ACME Products.
Considerations:
  • Child Clients (in this case ACME Products) will not receive an invoice. Just the Parent (ABC Services).
  • This set up will be done at the Client screen, there will be a section to search for another Client, the child to be underneath the actual client.
  • The breakdown of MRC, OTCs, and Taxes. For each parent Client with children, there will be a setting to display the breakdown in two options: 1) All MRCs, all OTCs, and all Taxes per children. 2) All MRCs for each child, all OTCs for each child, all Taxes for each child
