With this integration QuotingBill users will be able to:

1) Create a ticket on the ticketing platform via API on behalf of the costumer

2) List all ticket activity for a specific costumer pulled from the ticketing platform, including the option to click on the ticket and take you to that ticket on the ticketing platform

3) In the event of having a customer facing portal, add the functionality to see and create tickets on the ticketing platform.
