QuotingBill system users must have a way to cancel products (both billing and provisioning wise).

In phase 1 we'll be having:

1) An option to cancel products based on an effective date and cancellation reason (both open text and pre-set tag for future reports)

2) Optionally de-provision those products that affect Netsapiens or Brightlink Cloud PBX Marketplace apps

3) Send an email notification (if desired) to end-customer
